This article will cover what information and options there are in the ‘Jobs’ section of the ‘Group’ menu of the YourDriverApp Web Portal available for Dispatcher and Business Dispatcher members. In the 'Group' menu you can find all the information for you as owner and/or admin of a group:
In the Jobs screen you can see all Planned, Completed and Cancelled jobs that are owned jobs.
Planned jobs
In this specific tab you can see all planned jobs where the group is the owner. The overview for 'Planned jobs' contains the following info:
- Reference: This is the reference ID number of the job.
- Requested pickup time: The pickup time as requested by the creator of the job.
- Passengers: The number of passengers for this job.
- Pickup: The pickup location as requested by the creator of the job.
- Drop off: The drop off location as requested by the creator of the job.
- Driver: The assigned driver of the job.
- Status: Here you can see the current status of the job (unassigned - active - completed/cancelled)
- Origin: Here you can see where the job was created, this can for example be a job created in YourDriverApp but it is also possible that the job was created by an external source.
When you click on a specific job row you navigate directly to the job details overview of that specific ride.
(Note that the tab for 'Cancelled jobs' is exactly the same, in the Cancelled jobs tab you can see all cancelled jobs where the group is the owner.)
Completed jobs
In this specific tab you can see all completed jobs where the group is the owner. The overview for 'Completed jobs' contains the following info:

- Actual pick-up time: The actual time the job was started.
- Passengers: The number of passengers for this job.
- Pickup: The pickup location as requested by the creator of the job.
- Drop off: The drop off location as requested by the creator of the job.
- Driver: The driver who completed the job.
- Origin: Here you can see where the job was created, this can for example be a job created in YourDriverApp but it is also possible that the job was created by an external source.
When you click on a specific job row you navigate directly to the job details overview of that specific ride.
Search and export
At the top of the jobs overview you can search and export jobs by clicking 'Filter & Export your jobs to Excel'. In this view you can also search for a specific date (frames) and/or origins. Through the ‘Export jobs’ button you can export those jobs from the YourDriverApp Portal into an Excel document for your administration. Notice that the Excel file has 3 tabs, one for 'Planned jobs', one for 'Completed jobs' and one for ''Cancelled jobs'.
