This article will help you understand how the Web Portal provides 24/7 insights and reports regarding all activities from users of the YourDriverApp mobile app in combination with our Fleet Solutions.
The Web Portal is available for all Fleet Solution drivers, admin and operators.
You can log in to the Web Portal here. Your login data is already mailed to you. (You can find this mail if your search in your inbox: title: Welcome [name]! Here's your login details.)
When you login you can choose to login to your personal space or switch your workspace to one of your groups.
The Web Portal contains 2 types of information menu's:
- The 'Personal' Menu: Here you can find all information for you as an (independent)driver. This menu will only be available when you are registered as a YourDriverApp mobile app user (driver).
- The 'Groups' Menu: Here you can find all information for owners and/or admins of group. This menu will only be available when you are a Fleet Solutions member.
The 'Personal' Menu
Press the hamburger button, left of the logo, to open the navigation drawer, which contains the 'Personal' menu. This entry will only be available when you are registered as a YourDriverApp mobile app user (driver).
From there you will have an overview of all specific data the Web Portal has generated from your activity within YourDriverApp mobile app. You will have insight in your shifts, jobs, ratings, debtors and invoices. (see image)
- Dashboard: An overview of your profile.
- Dispatch Panel: Create and dispatch jobs
- Drivers: Overview of your connected drivers
- My shifts: An overview of all your shifts.
- My jobs: View a list of all your jobs that you have received or send in the YourDriverApp. You can review the details of any job by just tapping on it.
- My ratings: An overview of all ratings you've received.
- My customers: An overview of your debtors and their info. (Only visible if you have created debtors in YourDriverApp.)
- My settlements: An overview of all your current settlements and settlement history.
The 'Groups' Menu
The groups menu is only available if you are owner or admin of a Group with an active Fleet Solutions License.
Press the hamburger button, left of the logo, to open the navigation drawer. Here you can see all the groups you are either the owner or admin of and select them to open.
Click on your desired group name and from there you will have an overview of your of your Fleet Solutions contract details. As you can see in the image below:
- Dispatch panel: Create and dispatch and have an overview of your assigned group jobs.
- Members: An overview of all the drivers and web dispatchers in your group, including their details and roles
- Jobs: An overview of your groups planned, completed and cancelled jobs.
- Customers: An overview of your group debtors and their info. (Only visible if you have created debtors in YourDriverApp.)
- Driver Settlements: An overview of all your current group settlements and settlement history.
- Ratings: An overview of all ratings you've received for your group jobs.
- Web Booker: Here you can launch your own private web booker.
- Settings:
- General: Set your general group settings
- Products: An overview of all products (cars) available for your group. When creating a job in YourDriverApp you will see these products.
- Prices: From here you can set your pricing rules. These rules can apply when you create a job in YourDriverApp. You don't need to set prices if you choose to drive on meter. More info on setting your prices here.
- Locations: from here you create locations from where you can apply pricing rules. For example; Amsterdam - Schiphol for 40 euro.
- Location Policies: Specific rules for your locations.
- Coupons: Here you can create discount coupons for clients to use in the Web Booker and/or white label Passenger App.
- Promotions: This feature can be available to promote promotions in the Passenger App.
- Apps: Here you can find an overview of apps connected to your group.
- My Contract: An overview of your Fleet Solutions contract details and invoicing.
- Questions: Here you can directly contact us for any questions.
Your profile and password settings
On the top right of the screen, the 3 vertical dots, you can update your profile settings, change your password and/or logout from the Web Portal.
