The 'Group' Menu - Settings - Coupons

This article will cover you can manage coupon discount codes which you can enable for your Web Booker and/or Passenger Apps so your passengers can book with a discount code.

Coupons
In the coupon section you can create and enable coupon codes which can be made available for your Web Booker(s) and/or Passenger App, contact support for more information, see here the example for a Web Booker.

 

To create a coupon, just hit the '+' sign in the bottom right corner.

To create a coupon, the following information and options are available:

• Coupon code: Create your 'coupon code' here, for example 'DEMO10'.
• Name: Give your coupon code a name.
• Choose what kind of coupon code you want to create:
  • Percentage per job: Here you can set a discount percentage per job for your coupon.
  • Fixed amount per job: Here you can set a fixed amount discount per job for your coupon.
  • Credit: With credit you can create a credit coupon which can be used until the credit balance is completely redeemed.
• Redemption limits:
  • Limit the date range when customer can redeem this coupon: here you can activate the date range from which the coupon is active.
  • Limit the total number of times this coupon can be redeemed: Set the limit of the total number of times the coupon can be redeemed.
  • Limit the times this coupon can be redeemed per customer: Set the limit of the total number of times the coupon can be redeemed by a specific customer.
  • Limit coupon credit balance per customer: When a customer has a credit here you can limit per job how much of that credit can be used per booking.

Once created the coupon is available in your overview:

Referrer coupons
Referrer coupons are only available for the Passenger App feature: 'Invite a friend', where you can get a discount to invite a friend into your Passenger App.
